The Himoinsa Fleet Manager is an advanced remote monitoring and control platform designed for real time supervision of generator fleets. Powered by the C2Cloud communications device, the system enables operators to monitor, configure, and manage one or multiple generator sets from any location via internet connection.
Using 3G/GPRS or Ethernet connectivity, the device transmits generator data every 60 minutes or immediately when an event occurs. The system supports both Himoinsa CE7 control units and DSE controllers, allowing monitoring of up to 15 units through CAN or RS-485 communication buses.
Fleet manager provides full visibility generator performance, geo-location, fuel consumption, operating hours, and event history. Through the HG manager application, users can receive alerts via SMS or email, remotely start or stop generators, change operating modes, activate outputs, and reset alarms.
An integrated GPS tracking and anti fleet system uses accelerometer detection and perimeter alerts to notify users of unexpected movement or location changes. The low consumption mode reduces device power usage by approximately 94% when the generator is off, while still sending scheduled updates.
The system also supports report generation in CSV format, maintenance scheduling, refuelling estimates, and hybrid plant monitoring (renewables, batteries, grid, and genset integration).
