Shipping policy
At GeneratorWarehouse, we offer nationwide delivery on our entire range of products.
- Our freight provider delivers to business or residential addresses - Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
- Shipping require you to be at the delivery address on the day of delivery, so you can sign for the item.
- You will be able to trace your delivery online with a unique tracking number which will be emailed to you once the item is dispatched.
- Our courier will deliver to the property entrance only no stairs/sheds/back yards. The courier may require your assistance unloading from the vehicle.
- If you are unable to unload the product and a tail-lift delivery service is required please contact us, as additional charges will apply.
Receipt of Damaged Products
Before accepting the delivery of goods, it is essential to carefully inspect them. If you sign the delivery receipt without conducting a thorough inspection and subsequently find damage, you will bear the responsibility of initiating a freight claim and arranging for the repair or return of the damaged items.
Suspected Damage
Sometimes, the outer packaging may appear damaged while the product inside remains unaffected. In such cases, if you suspect concealed damage, please make a note of "Possible Freight Damage" on the delivery receipt while the delivery driver is still present. This precautionary step will streamline the process of filing a freight claim should you later discover damage to the product itself.
Obvious Damage
If the delivered products are visibly damaged, do not sign for them. Instead, please (a) REFUSE DELIVERY and (b) CONTACT US promptly. This will enable us to promptly initiate the necessary claims procedures and coordinate an exchange to ensure your satisfaction.
DELIVERY DAY: If you are not at the address on the delivery date to sign for the item, a card from the freight company will be left containing the details to contact them and arrange for re-delivery or for pick up. GeneratorWarehouse not liable for any cost relating to re-delivery as a result of the recipient not being at the delivery address on the delivery date that may occur. Perhaps a business address is more convenient for you. Simply change your address in the checkout.
Once you have the freight tracking information and the freight company's details, you may directly contact the freight company directly to discuss delivery date.
Buyers in remote areas such as Islands, mining camps, rural farms, small towns, or out-of-towners, etc will need to collect from the nearest freight depot. Items are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after payment is cleared. Large items take more time please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.
