Refund policy


To be eligible for a return, products and accessories must be returned within 14 days of delivery. For a refund or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it (unworn or unused) and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The freight charges will need to be covered by the customer & a 20% restocking fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Receipt of Damaged Products

Before accepting the delivery of goods, it is essential to carefully inspect them. If you sign the delivery receipt without conducting a thorough inspection and subsequently find damage, you will bear the responsibility of initiating a freight claim and arranging for the repair or return of the damaged items.

Suspected Damage

Sometimes, the outer packaging may appear damaged while the product inside remains unaffected. In such cases, if you suspect concealed damage, please make a note of "Possible Freight Damage" on the delivery receipt while the delivery driver is still present. This precautionary step will streamline the process of filing a freight claim should you later discover damage to the product itself.

Obvious Damage

If the delivered products are visibly damaged, do not sign for them. Instead, please (a) REFUSE DELIVERY and (b) CONTACT US promptly. This will enable us to promptly initiate the necessary claims procedures and coordinate an exchange to ensure your satisfaction.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders ). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Change of Mind Returns - Please note that Consumer Guarantees do not apply if you change your mind, find the item cheaper elsewhere, decide you no longer want the purchase, or have no use for it. To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend reviewing the product listing carefully before making your purchase.

Shipping delays - We are not responsible for shipping delays but will follow up and track your order till you receive and notify you. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
