The Genelite LG180C is a heavy duty 200kVA diesel generator designed to deliver dependable three phase power for demanding industrial, commercial, and standby power applications. Built around the proven Cummins 6CTA8.3G2 turbo after-cooled diesel engine, this generator provides strong performance, efficient fuel use, and reliable long hours operation for sites where stable power is essential.

Running at 1500RPM, the LG180C delivers 180kVA prime power and 200kVA standby power, making it suitable for continuous use as well as emergency backup duties. Its heavy duty configuration is built for environments such as industrial facilities, construction projects, infrastructure sites, and larger commercial operations that require dependable three phase electricity.

The generator is housed within a silenced canopy rated at approximately 72dBA at 7 metres, helping reduce operational noise while maintaining strong output performance. A 760 litre bundled fuel tank support extended running time, providing approximately 25 hours of runtime at 75% load, which helps reduce downtime and refuelling frequency during long operating periods.

Electrical output is generated through a Leroy Somer TAL-A44-L brushless alternator, equipped with AVR voltage regulation and Class H insulation. This alternator configuration delivers stable power with less than 5% harmonic distortion, helping maintain consistent voltage supply for connected equipment and site systems.

Generator monitoring and protection are managed through the DeepSea DSE6120 controller, providing dependable operational control, system protection, and monitoring capability. The generator also includes a four pole circuit breaker, battery charger, and battery isolator to support safe and efficient operation.

Mounted on a heavy duty skid base with integrated fork pockets, the LG180C is designed for easier transport, positioning, and installation.
