Genelite LG40C - 44kVA Cummins Powered Generator

Genelite LG40C is a robust 44kVA diesel generator engineered to deliver dependable three phase power for commercial, industrial, and backup power applications. Built around the trusted Cummins 4BT3.9G1 turbocharged diesel engine, this generator provides strong performance and efficient fuel consumption, making it suitable for business, construction sites, farms, and standby power installations.

Operating at 1500RPM, the LG40C delivers 40kVA prime power and 44kVA standby power, ensuring consistent electricity supply for continuous operation or emergency backup scenarios. Its heavy duty construction is designed for demanding environments where reliability and durability are essential.

The generator features a silenced canopy producing approximately 71dBA at 7 metres, helping reduce operational noise while maintaining high output capability. A 155 litre bundled fuel tank allows extended operation, providing approximately 21 hours runtime at 75% load, which helps reduce the need for frequent refuelling during long operating periods.

Power generation is handled by a Leroy Somer TAL-A42-G brushless alternator equipped with AVR voltage regulation and Class H insulation, delivering stable electrical output with less than 5% harmonic distortion. This helps maintain consistent voltage and protect connected equipment.

Control and monitoring are managed through the DeepSea6120 controller, providing reliable generator management, monitoring, and protection functions. The generator is also fitted with a four pole circuit breaker, battery charger, and battery isolator to support safe and efficient operation.

Mounted on a heavy duty skid base with integrated fork pockets, the LG40C allows easier transport and positioning during installation.
