Himoinsa HYW-200 T5 is a high performance 220kVA three-phase diesel generator engineered for industrial, commercial, and critical load applications. Powered by the robust Yanmar 6F104TM7.GL six-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine, it delivers 200kVA prime power and 220kVA standby power, maintaining stable operation at 1500RPM under demanding conditions.
Matched with MeccAlte ECO38 2S/4 A alternator, the set produces clean, consistent output with H-class insulation, brushless excitation, and AVR electronic regulation for precise voltage stability. This combination ensures reliable performance for sites requiring dependable continuous or backup supply.
The liquid cooled engine system features a dry air filter, mechanical governor, water separator filter, radiator with pusher fan, and complete temperature/pressure protection sensors for operational safety. Fuel efficiency is optimised with consumption rates of 24 L/hr at 50% PRP, 37.3 L/hr at 80% PRP, and 42.1 L/h at 100% PRP, supporting economical long term use.
Enhanced in a heavy duty steel sound attenuated canopy, the generator operates at 68 ± 2.4dBA @7m, providing durable construction, corrosion resistance, and simplified access for maintenance. A large base fuel tank of 450L available, Offers extended autonomy up to 12 hours.
Control, monitoring, and protection are managed via the CEM7 digital controller, providing full electrical measurement, alarms, and automatic start/stop functionality. Optional socket boxes (CBR40/CBR41) can be added for enhanced connectivity.
