Himoinsa HYW-400 T5 is a heavy duty 440kVA three phase diesel generator engineered for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure applications where dependable power is critical. Designed to operate at 1500RPM, this generator delivers stable performance for both prime and standby power requirements, making it suitable for manufacturing facilities, construction projects, data infrastructure, and large agricultural operations.

Powered by the Yanmar 6F135TE3A-GL turbocharged diesel engine, the HYW-400 T5 provides strong load acceptance, efficient fuel usage, and long term reliability under demanding operating conditions. The engine is paired with a STAMFORD alternator, featuring electronic AVR regulation, brushless excitation, H-class insulation, and IP23 protection to ensure clean and consistent three-phase electrical output.

The generator is housed in a sound attenuated steel enclosure designed to protect internal components while reducing operational noise. With a measured sound level of 68 ± 2.4dBA at 7 metres, the enclosure is suitable for outdoor installations and worksite environments where controlled noise output is required. The heavy duty canopy is finished with an epoxy polyester powder coating for enhanced corrosion resistance and durability.

A 597 litre integrated steel fuel tank supports extended runtime during continuous operation, helping minimise refuelling downtime on long shifts. monitoring and protection are managed through the CEM7 digital controller, providing real time electrical measurements, engine protection, alarms, and automatic start functionality when integrated with an automatic transfer switch.
