The HBD250S is a powerful 253kVA three-phase diesel generator engineered for critical standby and limited prime applications in demanding commercial and industrial environments. Built with reliability and endurance in mind, this generator is designed to support facilities that require consistent power performance over extended operating periods.
At its core, the HBD250S is powered by the 6M16G250/5 turbocharged and aftercooled diesel engine, delivering dependable operation at 1500RPM. The engine is paired with a Hyundai HK274K brushless alternator with AVR regulation, Class H insulation, and less than 5% harmonic distortion, ensuring stable and consistent power output for both heavy equipment and sensitive electrical systems.
This unit id fitted with a 940L bunded fuel tank, providing extended runtime and enhanced site safety, including approximately 24 hours of operation at 75% load. It also features a heavy duty skid base with fork pockets, enabling easier transport and installation on site.
The HBD250S is enclosed in a galvanised, powder coated silenced canopy, built to withstand harsh environment while managing operating noise at 74dBA @7m. Continuous system monitoring and protection are handled by the DeepSea 6120 controller, allowing for efficient diagnostics, automatic shutdowns, and full operational visibility.
Optional configuration such as outlets, jacket water heater, external duel connection, and ATS compatibility provide additional flexibility for specialised applications.
