The Himoinsa HSY-90 T5 is a high-capacity 90kVA three-phase diesel generator engineered for continuous, heavy-duty performance in industrial, commercial, agricultural, and emergency standby environments. Powered by the robust Yanmar 4F104SM3.GL turbocharged diesel engine and paired with a dependable Stamford alternator, this model delivers stable, efficient power at 1500RPM with exceptional fuel economy and long-term durability.

With Prime Power (PRP) of 83kVA and Emergency Standby Power (ESP) of 90kVA, the HSY-90 T5 is designed to handle varying loads reliably while maintaining compliance with ISO 8528-1:2018 and G2-class load acceptance. The integrated 195L steel fuel tank provides up to 13 hours of autonomy, supported by low fuel consumption: as little as 9.6L/h at 50% load. The sound attenuated enclosure keeps operating noise around 69 ± 2.4dBA @7m, with an optional attenuation kit reducing it further to 66 ± 2.4dBA.

The generator is housed in a heavy-duty steel canopy coated with epoxy polyester paint for corrosion resistance. The chassis includes a modular retention tray fuel tank, wide removable doors, and anti-vibration mounts for smooth operation and simplified servicing. Standard safety features include an emergency stop, thermal-magnetic circuit breaker, adjustable earth-leakage protection, and IP-rated construction compliant with ISO 8528-13:2016.

Control flexibility is a major advantage, with compatibility for M7X, CEM7, CEA7, and CEC7 digital controllers. These systems support automatic start/stop, generator and mains monitoring, fault protection, alarms, and optional transfer switch integration.
