The Himoinsa HYW-125 T5 is a robust three-phase diesel generator engineered to deliver dependable 125kVA power for industrial, commercial, and agricultural applications. Equipped with the reliable Yanmar 4TNV98T-GGEH turbocharged engine, it runs at a smooth 1500RPM and provides strong performance with excellent fuel efficiency. The engine's direct injection system, liquid cooled design and mechanical governing ensure stable operation even under varying load demands. With a consumption rate starting at 12.4L/hr at 50% load, the unit is well suited for prime duty or backup power roles.
Paired with a MeccAlte ECP34-1S/4 A alternator, the HYW-125 vT5 produces clean, regulated three-phase output with low harmonic distortion. Its brushless, self excited design, electronic AVR, Class H insulation and IP23 protection contribute to reliable, long term electrical performance across challenging environments.
The generator is housed in a heavy duty, sound attenuated canopy constructed from galvanised steel and insulated with volcanic rock wool. This provides effective noise reduction to 69 ± 2.4dBA @ 7m while also protecting internal components from weather, dust and mechanical wear. Wide service doors, protected hot parts, external drain points and dry air filter system support fast and efficient maintenance.
A 288 litre integrated steel fuel tank provides extended runtime for continuous operation, minimising refuelling downtime on remote or demanding sites. The watertight base chassis includes liquid retention, corrosion resistant coating and reinforced lifting hooks, enhancing durability for transport and long term outdoor installation.
Monitoring and control are managed through the CEm7 digital controller, which provides real time visibility of electrical values, engine parameters and alarms conditions. Optional ATS ready controllers support automated operation where required.
