Fuel Systems
We offer in-house design, supply, and installation of fuel systems tailored to meet your project’s specific requirements, all while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Our fuel storage solutions include underground bulk tanks, fuel tank chambers, fire-rated fuel tanks, and external dual-wall above-ground bulk tanks, available in a variety of capacities to suit your needs.
Fuel transfer from storage to engines is managed by advanced PLC-controlled automated systems, featuring pumps, fuel filtration, level detection, safety protection, and integration with Building Management Systems (BMS) for seamless operation and monitoring.
Ventilation and Acoustics

Commissioning
The commissioning phase typically involves multiple contractors, so preparing detailed Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and commissioning documentation is crucial to ensure coordinated efforts, timely delivery, and compliance with project specifications.
Our Project Managers oversee the entire commissioning process, working closely with our mechanical and electrical teams to ensure smooth execution at every stage. This includes testing of all key subsystems, such as fuel transfer, cooling, acoustics, permanent load banks, load management systems, and electrical output performance.
To validate system reliability, we provide a range of temporary loads to ensure the system operates at full continuous output.
Our commissioning services also include Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and Integrated System Testing (IST), when specified in the project requirements.
