HIMOINSA HYW-500 T5 is a high capacity 541kVA three phase diesel generator designed for demanding industrial, commercial, and infrastructure applications where reliable power supply is essential. Built within Himoinsa's industrial range, this generator delivers consistent performance at 1500 RPM and complies with ISO 8528 standards for prime and standby operation.

Powered by the Yanmar 6F135TE7.GL six cylinder turbocharged and after cooled diesel engine, the HYW-500 T5 offers strong load acceptance and dependable long term operation. The engine uses common rail direct injection and an electronic governor to maintain stable output under variable electrical loads. Prime power is rated at 500kVA (400kW), with 541kVA (433kW) available for emergency standby applications.

Electrical output is supplied through a Mecc Alte ECO40 3S/4B alternator, featuring electronic AVR regulation, brushless excitation, Class H insulation, and IP23 protection. This ensures clean, stable three phase power suitable for heavy machinery, industrial systems, and sensitive electrical equipment.

The generator is enclosed in a sound attenuated steel canopy, constructed from high strength steel panels and insulated with high density volcanic rock wool. This design provides mechanical protection, corrosion resistance, and controlled noise output, measured at 80 ± 2.4dBA @ 7 metres. The enclosure also allows full for routine maintenance removing canopy.

A 597L integrated steel fuel tank provides approximately 7 hours of autonomy at typical operating loads. The reinforced steel chassis includes anti vibration mounts, liquid retention, drain plugs, and lifting hooks for safe transport and installation. System monitoring and protection are handled by the CEM7 digital controller, offering real time electrical measurements, engine alarms, generator protections, and automatic start functionality.
