The Genelite LG500C is a high capacity 550kVA diesel generator engineered to deliver dependable three phase power for large industrial operations, infrastructure projects, and critical backup power installations. Powered by the advanced Cummins QSZ13-G10 turbo after-cooled diesel engine, this generator is designed to handle heavy electrical loads while maintaining reliable performance and efficient fuel consumption.
Running at 1500RPM, the LG500C delivers 500kVA prime power and 550kVA standby power, making it suitable for demanding applications requiring consistent power output over long operating periods. Its heavy duty design allows the generator to operate efficiently across fluctuating load conditions while maintaining stable voltage output.
The generator is housed in a sound attenuated canopy producing approximately 77dBA at 7 metres, helping manage operational noise while supporting high power output. A 1000 litre bunded fuel tank provides extended running capability, delivering approximately 13 hours of runtime at 75% load, helping reduce downtime during continuous operation.
Electrical output is produces through a Mecc Alte ECO40-354 brushless alternator, equipped with AVR voltage regulation and Class H insulation. This alternator configuration provides stable electrical power with less than 5% harmonic distortion, helping ensure reliable voltage supply for connected equipment and sensitive systems.
System control and monitoring are handled by the DeepSea DSE8610 controller, offering advanced generator management and operational protection. The generator also includes a four pole motorised circuit breaker, battery charger, and battery isolator to support safe and efficient operation.
Mounted on a heavy duty skid base with integrated fork pockets, the LG500C is designed for easier transport and installation.
